Question Re: Custom Label in Selling on eBay

Can anyone answer this problem, when I try to edit a SKU in custom Label i get this error message.

(SKUs do not match for ManageBySKU item specified by ItemID)

Our system was setup & being managed by eBay link in the UK, but when I asked them they had not seen this before,

Have now been wait 7 days for eBay support.

Maybe a dumb question, but, are SKU's regional or worldwide?

We sell worldwide if that's what your asking, what I have found is product that are manually added to eBay and not via eBay link we can change the SKU
