Ongoing Technical Issues

Just wondering if any other eBay Business Sellers are experiencing the same technical issues that I am? All of my listings (600 of them) have disappeared from my store and in addition I now have a banner to say that "sorry we've sold out but here are some other stores you may be interested in".

I've been trying since 1 July to get someone at eBay to fix the issue, but with no joy.

Interested to hear from anyone else who has experienced the same issues and perhaps has a solution?

I can see 5 listings and the seller is 'away until 5th July'.....

Thanks for that - good to know. That's actually the issue, that the other 570+ listings aren't showing. eBay has been uncharacteristically silent and not able to give me a reason what's happening. If I remove the "time away" message, customers will then see the "we are sold out" message instead. It's getting really frustrating.

they aren't in your 'completed items' either....have you lost them from 'unsold' also??

They've all just totally disappeared - eBay did manage to restore them on Tuesday however they've since disappeared again. I'm in a chat with eBay at the moment so hoping they have some answers

eBay have advised that their back-end team works offline and are trying to work out what the problem is, so hopefully they'll have an answer soon.

Thanks for that!! I've raised the issue of compensation as this is my main business and it's costing me big time, in terms of customers viewing my store & items and loss or revenue. Not holding out much hope there as the response hasn't been very positive.

I feel for any other sellers out there who may be having the same problem and not aware of it. All of my listings are there in the back-end at my end and the only reason I discovered the issue was when I went (externally) into my store to check on a listing. I've had a look at your store which came up fine (great selection of items BTW).

I did and raised it as a possible issue, but eBay advised this isn't causing the problems. Also early on when I had time away on, I had a number of customers sending through enquiries about products, before they all disappeared from view. Also, I've just realised eBay have stopped sending the follow up "how did we do" email to rate the experience of the live chat & leave feedback. Interesting!

I'm pleased to report that things have finally been restored, so keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts and they don't disappear again. I did have to reach out to a senior level and can't speak highly enough of the efficiency and care shown in trying to get it sorted for me.
