Counterfit item policy

I tried listing this Camrose and Kross watch for sale last week: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/395852330998

But it has been removed because ebay say I have infringed their counterfit item policy because the watch is a reproduction. I tried to appeal because I have found the same watch for sale on the US ebay site but my appeal was rejected. The watch is not the original - of course! it is an authorised and certified reproduction made by Seiko.

Any thoughts on what I can do here to satisfy ebay?

You have said it was rejected for being a reproduction and you admit it is a reproduction

Why not just list it as Seiko?

'another seller in another country' doing it does not mean a) it's right, or that b) they did so you should be able to too

If you simply list it as Camrose and Kross a buyer may think it IS the original (with good reason) and you will find yourself subject to an item not as described dispute

If eBay have told you that you are not allowed to list it, and you try to 'get around' it and list it again as you did, eBay may well shut your account down

Does the brand come under VERO?

What is VERO? do you mean the Authenticity Gaurantee? - no.

Yes - list it for what it is - a Seiko.

Put it in the title as have others.
