Apparently I have been sent a payout on the 9th Nov. The money never arrived in my bank account.

Which was Saturday, a non-banking day.

Banks operate 9-5 Monday to Friday.

I am paid on Tuesday, the money normally appears in my bank account after 1pm and sometimes after 7pm. (my pay never appears before 7pm on payday, and other people I work with often don't get it until Wednesday. Depends on the bank)
