Once the buyer pays, it will show in your "Orders awaiting postage".

Have you also signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?

And understand your funds will be on hold for 30 days, as with all new sellers.
You still need to post within your handling time

If the buyer pays for the helmet through checkout by one of eBay's MBG payment options and picks it up, be sure to get the QR code.

You won't need it if the buyer pays cash on pick up.
