Question Re: Payout system in Selling on eBay

I updated my bank account to new bank account (Wise) 5 days ago and already received the penny test. However, I still haven’t received any payout, eventhough i have available fund.

I noticed that the payout schedule keeps changing (it showed May 14 before, now it says May 15) since i make it "daily payout", but there’s no “fund sent” notification or payout breakdown like usual.

Could you please check if everything is okay with my payout?

I would have thought with you having sold 71 items and only receiving 19 feedback as a seller,

which includes 5 automated feedback from eBay and a neutral, that your payments would still be on hold.

You can contact eBay by going to eBay Help at the top of the page and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor

I can't check your payouts - only you can do that - but I can check mine, and there appears to be no apparent issues at the current time.

Remember that only available funds which have completed processing are available for payout. Funds that are pending or on hold are not included in your scheduled payout.
