Overcharging on offsite campaigns

Hi there I didn't realise I had offsite campaigns turned on and it was accruing daily charges and I don't even have daily sales!. I went online for help in how to turn this off, cancelled it and deleted the campaign several days ago. Yesterday I discovered I was still accruing daily charges. I managed to get through to someone via the chatbox and someone called me back. Apologised and refunded yesterday's charges. However, today I see that it is still accruing charges. I have checked the dashboard. There are no campaigns showing. Family members have also checked the dashboard and can see no reason why these charges should continue. I have a basic subscription which I am stupidly paying for. Anyone else have this problem? Help in sorting it out would be appreciated. Many thanks.
