I have my settings set that if someone has 2 non-payment strikes in a month, they should be blocked from bidding. The last 2 items ( same item) the winning bidders both have feedback (&nbsp;on closer inspection)&nbsp;saying that they have not paid. Ebay should allow the non-payment strike option to be for one non-payment strike, and this should be shown on the buyers profile.&nbsp;Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback...so most sellers resort to leaving positive feedback with a negative comment!!! Sellers will only see this if the investigate further...we dont all have time to do this. PLEASE Ebay let sellers leave a non-payment strike which shows!!!!!!!!!!! Im sick to death of non-paying bidders wasting my time. Cannot remember how many i have had.....its frustrating and the problem needs to be solved! Makes me not want to bother any more. Non-paying bidders keep doing it over and over and over again...there is no real penalty for them not to.
