Question Re: Buyer complaints in Selling on eBay

Here is a case of seller and ebay pocketing the money without any item in return or even remorse.A seller ID Bradskywalker selles DVD's ,was paid and acknowledged having received the money, did not reply to emails, never provided address for collection despite repeated reminder and when ultimately got some contact details from ebay(MIND IT EBAY REFUSES TO PROVIDE ADDRESS OF SELLER IN THE NAME OF PRIVACY BUT THE REAL PURPOSE IS TO FRUSTRATE LEGAL ACTION BY BUYER AS NO ISSUE OF PRIVACY IS EVEN REMOTELY INVOLVED) sellers eventually respondedafter repeated chase ,first showing complete ignorance of the transaction but when provided the details of payment put the onus of proof on the buyer to prove that buyer has not received the item.Ebay simply refused to do anything other than asking to BEG to the seller.BUYERS BEWARE YOU WILL ALWAYS LOSE IN THE COLLECTIVE HANDS AND TACTICS OF SELLERS,EBAY AND PAYPAL

Buyer complaints

I recently sold an item and the buyer has contacted me claiming the item is damaged and not as listed. This is totally false. Item was in perfect condition when posted and was posted safely so any damage done was not made in transit. They are now threatening claiming through eBay. I would like to know what MY rights as a seller are. As this item was 100% perfect when posted, how do I know they didn't damage it within the week before they contacted me......I did have a no return policy. If I was in any doubt of items condition, I would refund, but KNOW it was perfect.
PLEASE HELP
