Question Re: 'difficult' buyer problem in Selling on eBay

thanks to all who took the time to reply. I don't believe for a second that this person is having email difficulties, since they seem to get all the 'in between' ones licketty split. it's evidently a dodge of some sort, I just don't know what sort of dodge it is. furthermore, it's troubling to think this person has our address.

meantime, the four day limit expires in about an hour, so I'll be opening non-payer dispute. after sending address for the FIFTH time this morning, I've heard nothing. zip. nada. but I'll bet my last buck I'll hear from them after dispute is opened - proving once again that it's all some sort of whacky game. honestly, why do these people bother? what's the point of it all?

anyway, thanks again 🙂

'difficult' buyer problem

Hi there. I sold an item recently, and wanted to discuss the difficulty I'm having with the buyer. On request, I sent our address for pick up. Two days later buyer asked for address AGAIN, and arranged a time and day to collect. Didn't show up, no contact. After I enquired as to what was happening, buyer made another request for address, and rescheduled for another time and day. Again, failed to show up, and no contact. Once again, I had to pursue the buyer to find out what was happening - only to be met with another request for address and no explanation of why buyer didn't show up twice. I advised that address had been sent three times, and now I've just received ANOTHER request for address - with an abrupt "I can't pick up without address". Do I persist with this buyer, and risk negative feedback? I'm also disturbed by the repeated request for my address. Buyer has asked for it four times now, and I have copies of my messages to prove it's been sent three times.

I would like some advice, if anyone has any 🙂
