Buyer has left negative feedback

I listed an item & the winner of the auction asked me a question just prior to end but bid anyway. She won the auction and almost immediately started saying that she wanted to cancel the transaction & I could do a 2nd chance offer to one of the other bidders, kept saying the item was damaged but had no evidence of this.

I then followed ebay procedure and filed the unpaid item case I was going to go in and close & see that she had sent me an email. Upon reading this email it went on about how she had a sick child etc & I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt & as she had paid for the item I gave her a full refund & wished her well with her sick child & said had I been made aware of her personal situation I would have been a lot more understanding. I said I wouldn't leave any feedback etc & leave it all there.

She has now posted negative feedback saying I have told white lies etc

I have asked for a feedback review as essentially I have complied with what she wanted but now she's tainting my reputation. No matter what I did with this seller she wasn't happy. She also mentioned that she had been trading on ebay for 7 years yet her profile is very recent. I wonder if there has been bad behaviour before & she's got a new ID?

What happens in this situation-I have done as she wanted to I can't understand why she would be so nasty?

I listed a few different items around that time & listings should have read truthful & honest feedback will be left but I made a mistake on this one. I just think she is an unreasonable person as she was trying to get out of it from the start.
