Could anyone please advise me on how I can find a buyer’s email address? I need to send a buyer an important message that is longer than that which is allowed in the communication box on the contact buyer page.

if they have purchased from you their email address will be in the email ebay sent you

your item sold!

that contains their name, email, and postal addresses

I know what you mean. I have the same problem sometimes and run out of characters quickly. I just simply send 2 emails via ebay messages, sometimes 3, lol. A good habit also is to copy buyers' email addresses in your 'notes' within that transaction so it won't disappear if you should need it. As you have done, a good place to search is in the original eBay invoices 🙂
