Once a non payer dispute is closed they can not leave feedback of any kind and if they have call ebay and it will be removed if it is left before the dispute is closed.

Unpaid item dispute

I am uncomfortable opening unpaid item cases against buyers, even though it sometimes encourages them to pay up. when they do pay it leaves me open to negative feedback from people who are offended by the unpaid item case. The feedback system is tilted toward the buyer & does not seem to protect the sellers.

Any suggestions on protecting my 100 feedback rating? Also can members leave feedback after a cancelled sale?
