You just have to check out the latest round of comments on the Google Play store to see this is not simply an isolated issue.</P> <P class="mce-p">I, like many other avid eBay app. users, went to use the pre-update version of the app as usual today to check my current Auctions and payments only to find it was coming up with an error "exceeded API usage limit" and not allowing use of the app at all.
