can someone please help me

how do i stop all sms notifications from ebay

they go to my wifes phone and limits my ebay fun when she knows what i buy

yes i have contacted ebay in the past , checked my account settings

they say they cant see if sms are going out - but they do

it it seems that ebay does not want and permit direct emails to them anymore - well done on that ebay customer service trick really make one go insane - i really hate ebay for this poor effort and sneaky bull**bleep** - when did they stop the ability to contact them by the ebay site ?? really sucks balls

Try these -

1. Select account then communication prefs.

Then delivery options and unsubscribe to IM (Instant messaging)

And go into each individual section to make sure the box for IM is unticked.

2. In comm prefs, scroll to the bottom, show promos and surveys. Untick all boxes and save.
