Post office refused send the item bacause it contain a battery bigger than in smart phone.

Contact the seller and see what they want you to do.

It may be the seller will accept the return after you have removed the battery.

Where do you have to return it to?

If it is to go overseas you will have to make enquiries about international couriers which can handle dangerous goods....it is likely to be very expensive.

If it is within Australia and AP will not touch it all you can do is use a courier who handles dangerous goods.....again a very expensive process.

How was the item sent to you if it could not be sent with AP?
