Once you get connected to Live Chat, they operator will ask what you issue is. Explain it then.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>When you don't get any satisfaction from the resulting conversation, post your issue on the relevant discussion board and the members there will probably be able to resolve it. We know a lot more about how eBay works than chat staff.
