What happened to the RSS feeds?

From this morning all my RSS feeds are broken. When I load the URL in a browser it just returns a normal search, and if I add &_rss=1 onto the end of it, it no longer returns an RSS feed.

This makes it impossible to keep an eye on new listings for all the different items that interest me.

Is this just a mistake or has this incredibly useful functionality been removed?

it might be because it's Friday (maintenance day for eBay).....check again tomorrow??

Hi,

RSS has been broken on the ebay.co.uk site for me since about the 29th.

It still works (at the moment) on the ebay.com site

There is another thread about this . Can't find it.

The general consensus there is that eBay have retired RSS or at least switched it off.

There's the thread.... looks like the RSS has been turned off for good.

Well that's pretty crummy, 99% of the stuff I buy on eBay comes from the RSS feeds, and I haven't got time to run all those dozens of searches all the time "just in case" something new comes up. I guess I won't be buying anything on eBay for a while, sadly they probably won't even notice...

A possible workaround:

Try replacing the /sch/ in the feed URL with /dsc/

Seems to be working at the moment on ebay.com and ebay.co.uk.
