Ebay australia has a fault in their system, where when you attempt to purchase an item, a green laser in my case, from NSW, to be sent to QLD, it refuses to sell to you because of QLD knife laws, have been unable to find a way to contact ebay to raise this complaint, only bots.

Sellers contacted have not responded, assume because they find it difficult to contact ebay as w ell.
How to I contact an actual representative to raise this complaint and have it addressed.?

What kind of 'laser' ?

Lazer pointers with an output greater than 1 milliwatt, are restricted items in Qld.

So no fault to be corrected and no point contacting ebay.

Ever been blinded by idiots with one of these devices, not nice.

have purchased the same item 4 times over last 10 years, not a problem with it being a laser, a problem with the listing classification on ebay, can purchase from china sites but wont send to my po box. Issue is clearly with ebay, or sellers not correcting the classification that must have been put in place by ebay for the change in QLD knife laws

seems like someone was listening, links for items in Aus now no longer carry the cannot sell because of knife laws warning. Only issue is they still wont send to PO Box.

I’m having a similar problem, but with a soft plush toy of all things ! Really odd lol.
