      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to Upload to Ebay using Turbo Lister, but I keep on getting the following Error Message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error - Input Data for tag &amp;lt;PackageLength(0)&amp;gt; is invalid or missing.&amp;nbsp; Please check API documentation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
