    <description>&lt;P&gt;If they are using the app, they probably can't access the invoice (known glitch for years)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you set postage rules to charge $0.00 for additional items, that might work. Not sure with multiple different items whether that's the case, but they would probably have to use the cart to access it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I will explain as best i can my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sell used postage stamps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some of my customers buy 50 or 60 items&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I send an invoice which is a maximum of 40 items&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I adjust postage as I offer combined postage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When my customer goes to pay they are asked to pay postage on each of the 40 items&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is an example from a customer today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem again.&lt;BR /&gt;When I tried to pay your invoice I got total items (67) $17.20&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Postage $77.00&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me with what is happening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>
