Is there anywhere within eBay to retrieve information on repeat customers or would I need to keep track of this externally? Basically, when someone buys an item from me, is there a tool that reminds me if they have purchased before or is it entirely up to my memory?

Only transactions for past 60 days remain in your My ebay, others you need to keep a personal list if you feel you need to do this, otherwise you can check your FB left and received to jog your memory, but if you have a buyer you prefer not to deal with again, just add them to your blocked bidder list, but if you are considering contacting past buyers for some irrelevant reason, it is best not to. as it can be considered annoying if not harassment.
