Sorry but people here are just like you, not ebay staff so not from us

If you wish to contact ebay, there is a help and contact tab at the bottom of each page

It is better to select the 'call me' option as emailing will get you a bot, if a reply at LL

To change personal info select the account tab in My eBay.

Then personal info in the left margin.

You can then select edit to the right of the info you want to change.

A few members have mention using that tab but the quicker way is to use the Help & Contact tab at the top of

the page,(I've never used that tab at the bottom),
