Dear eBay Customer Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with applying my custom Postage Rate Table to domestic shipping on eBay Australia (eBay.com.au). Despite following the official guidelines, the domestic postage cost still shows as a "Same cost to all buyers" flat rate instead of reflecting the location-based prices defined in my rate table.
I have created a Domestic Rate Table under Seller Hub > Settings > Shipping Preferences > Rate Tables.
Shipping Policy Setup:
I linked the rate table to a new Shipping Policy (Settings > Shipping Policies), selecting "Calculate cost based on buyer’s location" for domestic shippingHowever, when applying this policy to my listings, the domestic postage still defaults to a flat rate instead of zone-based pricing.
Moreover, the option to select the rate table only appears when I choose 'Same cost to all buyers,' but if the cost is already the same for everyone, what is the point of having my rate table?
Many thanks for your help!

you are not talking to ebay employees......just sellers/buyers like yourself
I use flat rate as I use prepaid satchels & envelopes
Are your items heavy? If so there should be a dropdown box to change postage to whatever you like

When I alter the destination postcode, your postage costs change, just like they are supposed to with calculated postage.
