Who sell people's hand written diaries in general handwriting books and who buys them and why.?

If the writers are famous, collectors would buy them. And owners would sell them.

Otherwise, I dunno. Nor care. Why do you?

As to who buys them if they are not collectable, that would be buyers. Probably not members who use these boards, which are member driven, nothing to do with eBay. Mind you, I suspect if you asked the question of eBay you would be treated with ignore.

Do you have any more info?   An item number for instance?

If they are older, some people would be interested in reading them as a glimpse into the everyday life & thoughts of people from a different era.

ME !...... I have sold a WW2 soldiers diary and letters to & from home. Collectors of militaria are quite keen on soldiers war diaries and personal correspondence. Although soldiers where instructed to be careful what they recorded, its a personal account of a dramatic moment in history.
