Check out a guest / Refund

Hi, I purchased a product on EBay, it’s been 45 days and I’ve still not received the product. Seller is saying it has been delivered and is taking weeks to reply to my messages. 

I just want a refund at this stage. 

I have an existing eBay account however I checked out as a guest when buying the product so it’s not showing up as a product to get a refund on. 

I can’t contact anyone at eBay, there is no number or email. What should I do?

I’m in the same situation I didn’t get a tracking number until I had to ask for it  because it was like 1month no package, and eBay won’t help because they don’t care. First of all eBay shouldn’t even have the guest selection in the first place. EBay simply doesn’t care about the buyers.


I have confirmation that the seller has collected because the post office in the Uk emailed me and told me over the phone when I called the package was rejected, Australia had no delivery address so they had to return it. the point is it was rejected and the seller has it already. Also the seller was very abusive and eBay did nothing. Also I checked the tracking number again and have the screen shot it’s been collected, the seller has it and so where is my refund?


1. Call the post office with the tracking number and get confirmation that the user has it. Screenshot it. Send it to eBay and ask them to ask the seller to refund you as it’s there job to help.

2. send the screen shot to the seller to ask for a refund.

 

3. you need to put the complaint in over and over until it’s resolved.
