I have tried to get a seller to replace an item that had 12mths warranty on it They acknowledged the issue and said they would replace the item but it hasnt arrived after numerous emails assuring me that it has been sent i have tried to go through the ebay site but it is almost impossible to lodge a claim as far as I can tell what should I do next
