I ordered a kitchen tap mixer on Oct 4th and according to the post shop, it has never been sent.

On 4 October I bought and paid for a kitchen tap mixer Item No. 162528315157. I reguarly went to the post shop to see if it has arrived and up to this date, it was never sent. It is now 18 November and still nothing.
When I go into the sellers site to query this, this site does not exist.
I want a refund but how do I go about this as this is a scam!
