I bought a jacket that had never arrived in my country. Seller tells me if it doesn't arrive to open a case, so I did. This person is a business seller, had plenty of the same kinds of the jacket available on their eBay, but says they will give me a refund. I didn't ask for a refund and all I want is the jacket, my question is, in my position am I obliged to ask they send another, or is this their choice? When opening a case it says 'I want the item' or 'I want a refund', hence why I was asking?
On another note, if they don't send another, and I get my refund and buy another, would that be violating any eBay policies? I feel like they will assume I'm a scammer for doing so
