My items did not arrive, I messaged the seller & they said they would refund me but when I received the refund notice, it’s not the full amount. Can anyone explain why please (all AUD) .
Did you actually open an item not received dispute?
Or did you just simply send a message?
Did the seller ask for your PayPal info to send the refund to?
Seller has 90% feedback so not surprising
Was any tracking given?
Did the payment and shipping cover combined orders, if so did you report each order as INR
