Hi when I try to sign up for ebsu plus I get a message saying you are not eligible to to customer care homepage.I have not been selling for a long period,however I buy items often.Any idea wh I cannot join?
Judging from this page eBay Plus for Sellers | Seller Centre, because you have been selling before (even f it was a long time ago) they might still see you as a seller, and if you are not a top-rated seller apparently you don't qualify.
Maybe you can create a new account as a buyer only, and then apply to join from there.
