I have committed to buy from 2 different sellers and it wasnt till after I committed ebay msg told me that seller could not ship to my address. To me this is a flaw in the system. I backed out simply because I do not wish to negotiate a delivery manually with a seller who looks like they have a shop on ebay. In this case I feel its perfectly acceptable. Ebay needs to sort this one out
