Seller is not returning my messages after I contacted them about faulty item. I would like a refund

My earphones that I had purchased on 7th November is broken. And I contacted the seller to discuss item 

and returns, 

 

They replied that they will contact their agent and get back to me. 

They have not replied and since, removed that item from the selling list. 

 

This is very suspicious and I am still stuck with a non-working ear phone. 

 

It should be covered by warranty and I had also bought 3 years cover for it.

Open a dispute in Paypal's resolution centre, you have 180 days from the purchase date to do that.

 

Warranties. unless you bought from an authorised reseller of the product. are worthless.
