have just had a seller cancel my order because he wanted to charge me $15 to deliver when they web page stated it was free when I used their send calculator; as per below:

They have now stated it is EBay's issue not theirs. They did not want to negotiate. They just cancelled & now I canot register a complaint as it is closed.

Is the seller a new seller or a long term seller?
Did the listing show as free post?
If yes then it is the seller that has to tick the box for that.
