what shall I do with "Unpaid item case opened"? Which I paid successfully already.

I bought an item on eBay and paid properly 10 days ago. I was supposed to receive the item recently until an email came regarding Unpaid item case opened. I called Paypal and they told me that my payment was successful and the seller should havealready received. They wrote a mail to my mailbox about "Your Dispute Has Been Escalated to a Claim". I wrote a message to the seller and attached snapshot of my bank account which showed that the payment did happen, but he ignored. 

So what shall I do next? I treat it as a fraud, but I have no idea about customer service number with eBay......

If you paid using PayPal through eBay checkout you need to call eBay as it is their system that appears to be in error.

When paid through eBay checkout, an unpaid case shouldn't be able to be opened.

Call eBay, select help at the top of the page and follow the prompts.
