Hi everyone, just a question pls.
I need to return an "item not as described" to a seller from the UK worth over Au$450 including postage cost, the seller has accepted the return and will refund me. But he said he can't buy a return postage label and asks me to send it back as a faulty return and customs value of $20 (otherwise it will get stuck @ Customs), he then will refund me the return postage cost together with the cost of the item + postage. My question is if I follow his instruction and send it back as a faulty return and customs value of just $20, will I have any trouble getting a full refund because he may use that low value of the item (I declared) to give me as little refund as possible?
Thanks for your ans in advance.
