I bought a doll from NSW. It was faulty. I initiated a 'Return the Item'. The seller accepted that, but I was sent an address in China (which can't be located on a map either). Also, I got an Ebay notice that the seller can't send a return post stamp(?). I've messaged the seller about this. If they really can't issue a return post stamp(?), then, Ebay policy states the seller is responsible for return postage, which can be forwarded first, or, pay postage with the item refund. What would be the best, safest way to accept that payment up front if they agree?
