how to reopen a closed request

i would like to re open a request which was closed due to inactivity, in regards to a seller not sending item as promised approximatly 1 month ago, i have tried to contact seller and has not responded , i want my money back now and i am tired of going round and round in circles on ebay site tring to work out how to get a result.

You should have finished the dipute and you would have got your money back, your inactivity is your fault.

Now, you still have time to open a dispute in Paypal. Don't let it time out this time. You should get your money back with no problems.

With all the negatives for items not sent over the past month I think that soemthing might have happened to the seller, but even so they still had a couple of negs for that before so you need to get in the habit of checking a sellers feedback before buying.

in my case they supposedly re-sent the item, which also didn't arrive. Mail is really slow in some parts of Australia, so it's nothing to wait a month, especially when the supposedly Australian distributor is actually getting stock directly from China! 21 days is a joke!

You have missed the boat I'm afraid.....you cannot reopen closed cases.

Why did you let it time out?

Your other avenue may be to open a dispute in paypal if tht is how you paid.....you have 6 months there.   Paypal is as strict about letting a dispute time out as ebay is and you cannot reopen the case there either.....don't waste another chance!
