I am really amazed that the Chinese can make fake copies of reputable brand names and get away with it! eBay does not seem to care that these fraudulent items are being sold on it's platform. Surely fake items should be taken down once reported?

Buyer here, this is going to require some explaining. i recently purchased an item off a seller, who after the transaction messaged me stating they were new to eBay selling, and giving me a heads up to look out for any issues because of a 'paypal error' they ran into. I checked, and the payment for the item had been fully refunded on PayPal, and eBay reported it as a failed payment. I explained to the seller that I would file a cancel request and that we could the transaction again in a different relisting. I went to cancel the purchase, but my case was declined because the item was already marked as shipped. Except the item wasn't shipped. At all. I am attempting to pay for the item, but eBay will not let me, likely because the item is already shipped. The order details now list the product as 0 dollars, stating "This order was not successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount. " When I view order details for the product, it says the order has been cancelled as my payment did not go through, but it also says the seller cannot cancel my items as they have already been shipped. The seller and I just want to cancel this transaction or make it possible for me to purchase it. Quite frankly this is a confusing situation that even I myself do not understand, and I believe this may be some type of error on my seller or ebays behalf. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I bought a automobile drive shaft with a 12 month 20k km warranty This item failed at 300 km I reported this to the seller but the seller will not reply I cannot return the item as more than 60 days have passed What can I do??? This Ebay 60 day limit effectively cancels any warranty Very not good!!

hi, i have recently raised a missing item request from a seller due to the item having not been received for over a month past expected delivery date. i can see through tracking that the item was out for delivery but was never received on my end. the seller responded that i should get in touch with ebay global shipping and ebay in general to sort it out i have reached out to the postal agent on my end and raised a case with them i guess my questions are where else do i need to raise a case? it's confusing when the item is shipped through ebay global shipping, through pitney bowes as well as australia post global is there anything the seller could/should do to assist with this matter? they seem to keep putting the onus on me to sort out thanks in advance

Why do I keep getting Emails from Ebay telling me I haven't left Feedback on some items when I haven't even received them, some of these items have taken over 60 days to get to me due to the covid problems around the world. Doesn't Ebay take this into consideration.

I have tried to use Afterpay twice and keep on getting a rejection notice at the end of the transaction, I have contacted Afterpay on both ocasions without any resolution to the problem, it is not my credit asmy credit rating is in the excellent category!

I opened a returns case on the 25th of September and shipped the package back to the seller on the 26th of September. This was within the 30 dday returns timeframe and captured in the return ID (5161505380) However, I have not received a return to this day. I think the seller has seen the item but refuses to refund me and has refused to mark the package as received even though it was shipped. I then appealed to Ebay to step in because it has been far too long. I was given until 02 Nov, 2020 to contact Ebay to come and step in (message titled "Has the seller refunded you for Adjustable Dwarf Rabbit Harness" sent on 17th October 2020). On the advice of that message, I contacted you to ask the seller to please refund me the $14 for the harness. However, they closed the case within the same day and said I did not submit a return request within the timeframe. This is wholly untrue and unfair. I cannot seem to appeal the decision (it is saying access denied) - screenshot below. What can I do here? It is very, very frustrating for something that should have been quite easy.

I have just received an item I purchased on 7 October 2020 - when I accessed ebay to enter feedback the item does not appear on my account. What I did notice is that my username has been changed. How do I contact ebay to find out what is going on.

Goods purchased 31st August still haasn't arrived. Contacted seller who said check with neighbours, reception, posted in grey plastic wrap. Then contacted ebay. Contacted seller again said had no record of sale. Have since contacted twice more, including sending the confirmation email from them. Absolutely no reply. It was Norton single internet security, so had to buy another, as computer would not have been protected. How do I get the advertised refund? This sale is not showing amongst my recent sals.

Bought a item and cancelled a day later which was OKed and confirmed by seller. And was told refunded for it but three days later my account shows it was deducted from bank account.

I paid for an item by my Credit Card. It is coming up on my credit card statement as paid by PayPal. I did not use PayPal and the seller will not send me the item. ebay said my order could not be cancelled because the refund couldn't be processed successfully. This is a right royal mess!!

Sorry if this already been answered elsewhere. I have been an eBay.au Member since: 20 May, 2009 with 441 satisfactory transactions and 100% positive feedback. In more recent times, deliveries from China - normally for me less than 2 weeks - have become longer and longer. My most recent purchase made two weeks ago on Wednesday 23 Sep, 2020 has progressed no further than: "25 Sep 2020 12:06pm Export Customs Declaration Completed - In Transit - Estimated delivery Thursday 3rd December." This is no fault of my seller, but to me delivery times have now become wholly unacceptable. If this has become the new norm, then I shall stop purchasing on eBay until matters improve back to the old normal. I thought the locally Austpost blow out from a few days to many, many days was bad enough. YES! I know the many underlying CV reasons here in OZ, I'm just not so sure about China's delays though. Does anyone know anything factually different? Thanks

I bought a jigsaw puzzle in Korumburra through ebay last week and when it arrived the item looked dsgusting. the packaging was old and worn out - sticky tape on side - worst of all it was displayed on ebay as a brand new puzzle. I cannot call the buyer as I cannot find a phone number but do have the address I request an urgent refund and will not pay for postage for sending it back Furthermore I want to report this buyer - how dare he get away with this.......

Where is the information on redeeming ebay gift cards? There is a statement on the back of the card stating that you need to go to ebay.com.au/ebaygiftcard which does not go to a page with instructions, just a page full of my recently perused items.
