refund on an item purchased then later discovered that it has been discontinued unable use at all

Hi bought a tap king beer dispenser from ebay and found out that the products hav been discontinued s the product is useless , cant buy anything fr it . i would like to get a full refund as the product is unuseable . 

How do i go about doing this ?

Did the seller describe it as discontinued in the listing as I have seen these still selling on ebay as bar memorabilia.

Post up the listing number and one of the more knowledgeable members may take a look & offer some advice 🙂
