firstly i havent recieved an item from a seller who has now disappeared. i.e no longer listed or contactable via ebay

how to find live chat support on ebay... ?
i recieved this from ebay support: "Still have questions? -- You can have a live chat with an eBay representative by clicking the "Live Help" link near the top right corner of the eBay homepage. "
there is no 'live help' on my pages !!!!
