Trying to use this 'great' service available online to no avail.....am getting foll messages from Aus Post Tracking site when I try:
"Email Notification
The system is unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later".
....light shedding pls anyone?

Working ok here on the PC using Firefox.
There is a message on the page:
We've made your tracking results easier to understand. Now you can see the status of your delivery upfront. For more detailed tracking information, or for help, select 'More details'.
Please note: You may see a different version of our tracking tool on other devices during our trial period.

works fine on IE too.
Yes, I get 'see more details' during the first step/stage of tracking........then once email comes thru get the 'we can't do right now' message direct to my email......

e.g.......1st stage email I get:
"Dear Customer,
This email has been generated from the sender for you to receive delivery event information and updates for a parcel or international product (#) XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Please click on the link below to confirm you wish to receive email updates for this item or ignore if you wish not to subscribe to email track advice.
then 2nd stage email (after i 'click' on subscribe') I get:
"Email Notification
The system is unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."
