Ebay guest buy not offered in checkout

Title says it all. Ebay help pages suggest guest buy is still available, but not when I try.

As twyngywn says some sellers have blocks in place for low feedback buyers, but you would be best off opening a Paypal account and verifying that account rather than paying as a guest, because "guest buying" can create problems if you have an issue with your purchase.
