Why Ebay didn't honor the discount on the items that i bought?

Why didn't Ebay honor the discount that i applied for the items that i bought?tried to pay but wouldn't go throug until i canceled the discount.

Some discounts are offered by eBay and some are offered by individual sellers.

Check the T&C's because most discount codes offered have specific conditions that must be followed to use them.

Probably only eBay could answer this.  My only suggestion is that maybe the discount didn't appy to the item or to you for some reason. Maybe it had expired?  There are usually plenty of conditions that appy to discounts, there may have been some exclusion in the fine print.  I also think that some discounts only apply to certain sales or categories and are not always offered to everyone. Your best bet would be to contact eBay and ask them.
