Not as far as I know.
You might ask the seller to offer you a feedback revision request, but they are limited. And if it is the neg, I doubt the seller would waste a revision just so you could leave a negative comment to go with the red dot.
The seller could, however, ask eBay to remove the feedback altogether as the comment does not reflect the rating.
And you didn't actually forget, you just double-clicked and chose a previous (almost guaranteed only) comment.
