I made a purchase two weeks ago and the status is still "payment is being processed". How can I resolve this?

How did you pay?
If you used paypal what funding source did you use?
I cannot imagine any payment taking 2 weeks to process, unless the funds were not available.

Maybe the seller hasn't set up their account properly, have you contacted them ?
