Better late than never, I guess.
I have seen many items with this mark over the last 40 years. My opinion is that
they were all made for the tourist trade.
No telling how old that particular dish is, but IMO it's value is what you can get for it.
It's a nice piece.
I'm prepared to bow to anyone who has better knowledge.
