Customer Service has changed again.
They now have an easier way to contact them,(maybe?) as I haven't gone through the whole section) via Chat
and phone but it looks like the Email option has dissapeared,(or is hidden?)
It gives you limited options/reasons to contact them and there is no longer an Other option.
I have a feeling that there are more re-directions before you have the options to phone or chat as they really
don't want to be contacted.

I suspect that they would prefer the volunteer mugs members on the boards to do their work for them....they pay us less nothing.

Not likely Melina....I am still here 11 weeks after posting on this thread although there are times when I wonder why I bother.

Which off course means I've bookmarked the actual Email page so that I can Email them about what
"problem/s" I want help with,
