You cannot change the feedback unless the seller sends you a Feedback Revision Request.

As mentioned the seller needs to send a feedback revision request.

However, do not change it until you have satisfaction.

Many sellers make promises then don't deliver and if feedback has been changed it cannot be reverted.

Well, that's possibly one the stupidest software design decisions I've encountered buy online. It's my feedback. If I have second thoughts, it should be up to me to change the feedback.
