That is how many emails I need to sort through and delete...

I would just do a blanket delete but last time I did that I did delete some important emails..

So.. a question...

I have windows 7 with Microsoft office 2007....

It is archiving almost 4000 emails to a place I can't seem to find..

If I do a search of all emails using common words I can usually find them and remove them but last time that took me forever...

I have automatic archiving off so I am not sure why it is doing this... following the help guide does me no good either...

anyone have any idea of what is going on and where to look for them and to stop it from happening again.

I have 2793 spam in my spam box, just from this month. Oops I hope they're not pink ones lol

whenever I have a tech problem, I google it in plain English and nearly always find another person who has asked the same question... Help files are too confusing for me, generally. Maybe try that?

surely there's ONE about the affair... Let me look for you, just in case 😄

Those conversations were made over the phone... hours of phone calls... I don't tape my phone conversations... 😉

What a shame. Actually I don't know how to tape a phone call, but apparently it is quite common in some circles. Oh well, just forward me what you remember lol

I always record business phonecalls so I don't end up forgetting half the important stuff 😞

The only thing about doing that is that you have to remember to inform the person on the other end of the line that the call is being recorded before you start discussing details so they can opt for not continuing the discussion if they chose to.

I only found that little snippet of info out when someone congratulated me on my photographic memory recall ability and I admitted to them that I taped things like that so I could use the recording to refresh my poor memory skills at a later time.

That was when they told me I was required to tell the other party I was doing it by law.

The recorder is built into my phone system btw.

I also learned another time that all the motion sensor triggered cameras I have around the the place for security reasons are illegal unless you have a sign up clearly telling everyone coming to the place that they are there and will record their movements, or at least that's what I've been lead to believe 🙂
